The work we do
For a new store, we begin with the brand, target market and purpose of the site, then discuss page structure, visual direction and features. For an existing site, we review the current problems and redesign goals before defining which pages and interactions need attention.

Review a demo before defining design and development
The conversation starts with requirements. An accessible desktop and mobile demo helps show the proposed structure and visual direction. Once that direction is confirmed, the project moves into the agreement, page design, feature development, deployment and content handover.
The demo gives both sides something concrete to discuss. The page scope, feature details, content preparation, testing and launch schedule need to be confirmed separately for the project.
Project communication and feedback
A dedicated project lead coordinates communication. A shared communication channel brings requirements, feedback and progress together. Keeping page comments and feature requests in one place helps both sides agree on the next set of changes.
